Justin Bieber’s alleged ex Sahara Ray dies months after welcoming first child

Australian model and internet personality Sahara Ray, who was previously linked romantically to Canadian singer Justin Bieber, has d+ed at the age of 34, months after welcoming her first child.

Ray’s family confirmed her passing to TMZ on Monday, October 19, 2026, stating that she d+ied in hospital surrounded by loved ones.

“She was so loved,” the family said, while the cause of d+ath has yet to be disclosed.

Her passing comes after she welcomed her daughter, Snow, in January. She announced that she was preparing to give birth in an Instagram post, expressing excitement and nervousness ahead of her scheduled induction.

In April, Ray introduced her newborn daughter to followers on Instagram with a video of them cuddling together, captioning the post, “Baby snow hallelujah.”

Her final Instagram post, shared in July, featured pictures of her daughter, whom she described as “My whole heart.”

In 2024, the model publicly disclosed that she had been diagnosed with Guillain-Barré syndrome, an autoimmune condition that affects the nerves and can cause weakness, numbness or paralysis.

Ray revealed at the time that she had been left partially paralysed and temporarily dependent on a wheelchair after becoming seriously ill following a car accident.

In a TikTok video, she said she had lost the ability to walk, describing the extent of the paralysis affecting her legs.

Following news of her passing, friends and fans paid tribute to the model. Her friend Becky Hearn shared throwback photographs on Instagram, describing Ray as a pure-hearted person.

“Sahara, a pure one with a very big heart,” Hearn wrote. “My heart is broken for you and your family. Rest in peace.”

Ray was previously linked to Bieber, although the extent of their relationship was not publicly established.
